Do you take on both residential and commercial projects?
Yes. The studio designs residential projects from single rooms to full condo and home renovations, and commercial spaces including workplace, retail, hospitality, wellness, and multifamily environments.
What areas do you serve?
The studio is based in Hallandale Beach, Florida, and works across South Florida — including Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Bal Harbour, Sunny Isles Beach, Aventura, Coral Gables, Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, and Delray Beach — as well as the New York City area, where completed projects include Manhattan residences and commercial studios.
How does the design process work?
The process moves through seven steps: an on-site consultation and discovery, planning and budget, concept design, 3D renderings and presentation, design development, coordination and execution with contractors and vendors, and finally installation and styling with a full walkthrough and reveal.
Will I see the design before construction begins?
Yes. Mood boards and realistic 3D visualizations are part of the process, so you can experience the design before construction starts. Detailed construction drawings and 3D renderings are also included in kitchen and bathroom design services.
Can you design just a kitchen or a bathroom?
Yes. Kitchen design and bathroom design are dedicated services covering space planning, custom cabinetry and millwork, material and fixture selections, lighting design, detailed construction drawings, and 3D renderings.
Do you offer smaller-scope options?
Yes. Alongside full-service design, the studio offers Designer for a Day, design consultations, home staging, material and finish selection, and furniture, lighting and décor selection. If you don't see the service you're looking for, contact the studio to discuss a customized solution.
